Applicant may cancel this application within 24 hours and receive a full refund of the good faith deposit.

This fee is not refundable under any circumstances. Applicant understands and acknowledges that, as part of normal processing procedures, an investigative consumer report may be obtained, typically containing information as to my/our credit history and worthiness.
Management reserves the right to reassign selected apartment # to a similar or like apartment.
